HiveDesk 0.4.8: a new office and terminals in a side panel
A 10-seat office by default, terminals in a glass panel, three densities and a Linux build.
What if your agents’ office filled the whole screen instead of a corner? 0.4.8 introduces a 10-seat office — a lead and nine agents — as the default floor, with a camera centred on the team and buttons to zoom in, zoom out and see everything.
Terminals are no longer loose windows: a dock of faces on the right opens each agent in a resizable glass panel. It adds three densities (Compact, Comfortable and Spacious), an Office mode and a Work mode you toggle with the F key, and interface scaling from 90 to 125%.
It ships for Windows and, for the first time, for Linux, with 2,571 automated tests passing.
